Antisemitism is on the rise around the world, from graffiti, hate speech and social media attacks, to more violent crimes including physical assault and worse. Jewish tweens and teens are very aware of this growing hate and need proper support to help address the psychological and emotional impact on their personal lives and on their identities as Jews in the modern world.

This four-session series aims to equip teachers, communal professionals and youth leaders in Jewish schools and programs with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to address rising antisemitism with their students.

Participants will learn and workshop:

  • Understanding, identifying and responding to antisemitism
  • Employing varied coping mechanisms for dealing with traumatic events
  • Building student and communal resilience
  • Empowering their students and themselves
