JewishBostonTeens.com is Greater Boston’s central resource for Jewish teens, their parents and the professionals who work with them. Through the site, your organization/program has an opportunity to share upcoming opportunities, amplify your stories and connect with thousands of teens and parents in our community. This guide is designed to help you get started with adding content to the site and answer questions you may have.
JewishBostonTeens.com is an extension of JewishBoston.com. Your organization page, events and blog posts will appear on both sites, but don’t worry, you only need to add everything once!
Creating and Accessing Your Account
If you do not already have an account to create and post content on JewishBoston.com, you need to register here. Once you have an account, you’ll need to email the JewishBoston team to upgrade your user access so you can post content on behalf of your organization. If your email address is not from the organization, they require additional proof of your affiliation. Find more information on creating your user account here.
JewishBoston.com and JewishBostonTeens.com are powered by WordPress and have similar features for those familiar. Regardless of your expertise, the site is very easy to navigate. You can find step-by-step guides on how to post events and blogs here. If you have any issues, you can reach out to the JewishBoston team at support@jewishboston.com.
Updating Your “Org Page”
Your organization/program is included in the directory, providing a “home base” for site users to learn more about you, view events and blog posts, connect with your website and social channels, and contact you!

Posting Your Events and Programs
The community calendar on JewishBostonTeens.com connects teens with the opportunities offered by your community. Did you know that thousands of people view events on the site each month, in addition to being featured in community emails and on social channels and included in the peer-to-peer relational work done each month by the JTI Peer Leadership Fellows?

Posting Blogs
The blog feature on JewishBostonTeens.com is a unique opportunity to help share the exciting and important work that you’re engaged in. You may have existing content that can be repurposed or cross-posted, and can also consider the following:
- Teen-created content: sharing their experiences, perspectives and reflections
- Staff-created content: program promotion, announcements, updates, reflections
- Thought pieces: What have you learned from a program/process/experience that you or your teens could share with the broader community?
