At this gathering, we’ll have an opportunity to have lunch and networking time with colleagues across Greater Boston and will be focusing on strengthening our facilitation skills and build deeper connections with those we serve. Open to all Jewish community professionals and educators whose work has a focus on adolescents and teens. Synagogue, camp, day school and youth serving organizational staff welcome!

Join dynamic facilitators Andrew Davies and Jodie Goldberg for an immersive half-day training designed to elevate your facilitation practice. Through hands-on learning and play, you’ll discover the art of facilitation and walk away with practical tools to create transformation and change in your teams and organizations.

What you’ll gain:

  • A workbook of adaptable strategies to use with your teams throughout the year
  • A transformative, experiential learning experience focused on the art of facilitation
  • Connection with a cohort of fellow Jewish professionals in the Greater Boston area
  • Come learn, play, and transform the way you lead.
