Every year, 26 Jewish teens get the opportunity of a lifetime: a free fellowship-year experience, beginning with a summer in Israel and the U.S., in which they embark on deeply personal journeys and learn to see the world through a lens broader than their own. After the immersive summer, the fellowship year continues with monthly virtual meetings and a winter and spring seminar in the U.S.

Inspired by a diverse faculty of rabbis and educators, fellows explore the rich tapestry of Jewish texts and ideas, using them to spark conversations, engage with stimulating existential questions and achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and one another. They also expand their worldview through intensive encounters with a parallel group of Israeli peers. After the fellowship year, fellows join our extraordinarily active, 1,400-plus member alumni community, inspiring them to change the world for the better.
