We invite you to a 60-minute class on accepting ourselves as we are. We will learn about anointing as an ancient Jewish self-love practice and experience an oil anointing ritual and practice loving ourselves through touch.
Anointing in Jewish tradition is a practice that elevates us spiritually. Together we will experience how ancient texts and rituals can help us strengthen the connections between our bodies, minds and hearts. Each session will involve a group text study, a juicy discussion and an embodied ritual practice.
