Mosaic: Interfaith Youth Action proudly presents its MLK Day Interfaith Action Event, a dynamic gathering uniting youth and community members from diverse backgrounds to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through service, advocacy, and dialogue. In partnership with Repair the World and the Motivated Muslim Youth Group, this event will focus on refugee resettlement through an interfaith lens, fostering understanding and compassion among participants.

Attendees will:

  • Build relationships across religious, cultural, racial, and social divides, emphasizing unity and collaboration.
  • Engage in advocacy activities that amplify support for refugees in our communities.
  • Create welcome bags filled with essential items and heartfelt messages to help refugee families feel at home.

This meaningful event has been made possible thanks to the generous support of the Jewish Teen Initiative, a program of Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and the Boston Bridges Initiative, whose commitment to fostering interfaith dialogue and action inspires lasting change. By coming together on this special day, we hope to empower youth to take collective action and strengthen the bonds that unite us all.

Jamaica Plain address will be sent upon registration.
