Jewish Teen Initiative (JTI) at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) is now accepting applications for our 2022-23 cohort of JTI Peer Leadership Fellows! We are looking for teens who want to:

  • Gain valuable leadership skills and training
  • Connect your peers to our Jewish community
  • Help reduce the stigmas surrounding mental health and wellness
  • Help design and lead community service experiences
  • Build your portfolio and college resume

What is a JTI Peer Leadership Fellow?

Fellows represent communities from throughout CJP’s catchment area and are trained to be catalysts for connection in their Jewish community. Fellows develop meaningful relationships and connect their peers to the vast menu of opportunities available to Jewish teens in Greater Boston and beyond. Heading into the seventh year of the program, JTI Peer Leadership Fellows have connected with more than 1,000 of their peers and we need your help expanding our reach!
