This May, the Jewish community joins the annual national movement to raise awareness for mental health and well-being. We’re bringing events and experiences designed to support all aspects of wellness: mind, body and spirit.
Jewish Teen Initiative – Boston and CJP are teaming up with our national partners to share care and compassion through community. Throughout this month, you’ll find new resources and opportunities on JewishBostonTeens.com for teens, parents and Jewish professionals.
Mark your calendars:
- Teens: We’re bringing you Wellness Wednesdays, a series of opportunities to connect with other Jewish teens and talk about mental health, relationships, mindfulness and self-care.
- Parents: We’re offering resources to help you support your teens as your family navigates these challenging times.
- Jewish professionals: We’re providing opportunities to connect with colleagues, care for yourself while caring for others and share best practices.
In addition, check out JTI’s Instagram channel for “Mental Health” and “COVIDeos” stories to hear how teens are navigating these challenging times and incorporating mindfulness into their daily schedules.
