Teens from North America and around the world come together on our campus in Hod HaSharon, just twenty minutes from Tel Aviv, for an immersive Israel experience. This is a fabulous, friendly, open-minded and all-inclusive group of Russian-Jewish families with kids who live around Boston and enjoy time spent together, learning common Russian-Jewish values, watching their kids growing in a friendly environment and sharing the same history, motives and inspiration. We strengthen Jewish communities; equip Jewish organizations with the skills and knowledge to build LGBTQ-affirming communities; create spaces in which all queer Jewish youth feel seen and valued; and advance LGBTQ rights nationwide.
New England Yachad is a thriving Jewish communal organization for individuals with disabilities and special needs of all abilities, ages and Jewish denominations. Our goals include recruiting peer participants, including high schoolers, who share values of inclusion; provide family and sibling support services; and infuse Jewish content into programs and celebrate Jewish holidays with a community of friends and with Jewish educators.
